Nisha Floyd

Nisha Floyd is a Community Development Relationship Manager at Woodforest National Bank where she works within the bank’s footprint with community partners to identify needs and assists in developing solutions within communities. Prior to working at Woodforest National Bank, she was Director of the ScaleUp program at the Women’s Business Development Center and Small Business Develop Center Director at the Alliance for Illinois manufacturing. Nisha has a deep commitment to building communities through entrepreneurship.
